MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency recognized as one of Ad Age’s 2019 and 2020 Best Places to Work, is currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our social media marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Create/write monthly editorial calendars, including brainstorming, copywriting, and partnering with the creative team for visual development
- Participate in photo and video shoots
- Manage client social media accounts, including posting, monitoring and response
- Develop client reports with a variety of social media and website metrics, and perform analysis of results
- Perform research of and outreach to influencers
- Collect user-generated content
- Perform occasional new business research
- Offer occasional off-hours management of client accounts
Qualifications
- Marketing agency experience, with an emphasis on social media marketing, public relations and/or digital marketing. Applicable internship experience is considered acceptable.
- Strong writing abilities and attention to detail
- Strong familiarity with and interest in a career path in social media marketing
- Strong familiarity with social media marketing tools
- High level of energy, and a desire to quickly learn new tactics and tools
- Adaptable, flexible
- Positive and solutions-oriented attitude
- Ability to be in-office (Hunt Valley) 3-5 days per week, with some travel required

Salary Range: $43,000 - $50,000 per year
