MGH Welcomes Four New Hires and Promotes Two Employees
BALTIMORE (June 6, 2017) – MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, today announced it has added four new employees and promoted two within its digital marketing, media and social media marketing teams.
The new additions at MGH are:
Shy-Asia Andrews-Strawther, Associate Digital Analyst
Andrews-Strawther joins the agency as an associate digital analyst, bringing three years of experience. She previously served as a regional marketing coordinator at MileOne Automotive. Prior to that, she was an e-commerce marketing coordinator for JoS. A. Bank Clothiers. In her new position, Andrews-Strawther will provide support on all digital accounts. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus on emerging media from Bowie State University and a master’s degree in marketing management from University of Maryland University College.
Paul Didwall, Social Media Marketing Account Coordinator
Didwall joins MGH as a social media marketing account coordinator. He previously worked as an associate account executive intern at IMRE. At MGH, Didwall will provide support on various agency accounts, including Capitol Vein & Laser Centers and Marble Slab Creamery.
Derek Gordon, Social Media Marketing Account Manager
Gordon joins MGH as a social media marketing account manager and brings eight years of experience. He previously served as a social community enrollment manager for Walden University. Prior to that, he was a social marketing manager for JoS. A. Bank Clothiers. At MGH, Gordon will work on a variety of agency accounts. He has a bachelor’s degree in history from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and a master’s degree in communication strategy from the VCU Brandcenter.
Brandon Welch, Senior Media Buyer
Welch joins the agency as a senior media buyer. He previously worked as a senior integrated media buyer at Zimmerman Advertising in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and brings 11 years of experience. In his new position at MGH, Welch will work on the Hendrick Automotive Group account. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a major in advertising and a minor in business from West Virginia University.

Morgan Lefkof, Social Media Marketing Account Executive
Lefkof has been promoted to social media marketing account executive. She works on client accounts including Bray & Scarff, CoreLife, Hot Dog on a Stick and Pretzelmaker.
Matt Owings, Social Media Marketing Account Executive
Owings has been promoted to social media marketing account executive. He works on client accounts including MASN, Ocean City, Md., Department of Tourism and Soccer Shots.
